AUGH I HAVE A SPIDER(?) BITE ON MY BOOB

I think it's a spider bite because it's small and it hurts more than it itches (it only itches a little). I just started my period today so my boobs are already more sore than normal

Body get it together! I've been going to bed earlier and earlier these past two weeks and I still wake up tired and I still get tired at 4 pm. WHAT IS HAPPENING. Is it allergies? And the fact my side is hurting more and more everyday is the opposite of awesome.
